Mr. Beaton represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate and construction matters. Mr. Beaton focuses his practice on land use, including zoning and the planning and permitting of development projects. Mr. Beaton’s practice also includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases and construction agreements. |

| Prior to joining Bowditch and Dewey, Mr. Beaton worked as an associate with a Boston law firm where he represented architects and engineers in construction matters, and was a law clerk with the City of Boston Law Department. Mr. Beaton also has experience in civil engineering related to permitting, public infrastructure and private land development projects. |
