| Ms. Feeney’s practice focuses on real estate development and land use including a specialty in City of Boston development and permitting, construction services, commercial and retail leasing, and facilities-related regulatory, code and licensing matters. Ms. Feeney has extensive experience representing colleges and universities in real estate, construction, and operational matters, drawing on her practice for over ten years as a University Attorney at the Office of the General Counsel at Harvard University and representation of other Boston-based colleges and universities prior to joining Harvard. |
