| Mr. Grossi provides antitrust and commercial counseling and business litigation services and formulates distribution and pricing programs for companies on regional and national levels in industrial, commercial and consumer markets and represents businesses in connection with price discrimination, trade practices, competition, termination and products liability issues that arise in that context. Mr. Grossi also provides comprehensive labor and employment law services for management in both union and non-union environments. He represents owners and contractors in connection with warranty and construction claims, such as delay, acceleration, change and related damage theories. |
