Mr. Hite has been practicing business and family immigration law for over 20 years and has experience handling the most complex immigration cases. He assists his corporate clients in matters including Labor Certification pursuant to the immigrant visa petition, temporary work visas, investor visas, national interest waivers of the Labor Certification requirement, outstanding researcher petitions and extraordinary ability petitions for circumventing the Labor Certification process.
