| Mr. Powers has published articles on bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure law for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE). He lectures on commercial and bankruptcy-related issues for the American Institute of Banking and is an adjunct faculty member of the American Institute of Banking. He is a member of the bankruptcy law section of the Worcester County Bar Association and of the Massachusetts Bar Association. |
