Diversity - Overview

Bowditch & Dewey is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment. The firm's diversity initiatives are closely integrated with its mentoring, professional development and flexible work programs. By collaborating with clients, nonprofit organizations and bar associations, the firm supports and encourages diversity awareness and inclusion within the communities it serves.

The Diversity Committee develops and implements Bowditch & Dewey's diversity policies, practices, goals and training. The Diversity Committee meets regularly and includes the following members:

The Diversity Committee works closely with the Managing Partner, the Hiring Partner and the Leadership Committee on diversity-related strategies and initiatives.
