Mr. Bartlett concentrates his practice in environmental law, real estate development law and associated litigation. Mr. Bartlett provides legal advice on environmental and land use permitting, MEPA, brownfield development, environmental remediation, environmental compliance, and environmental management system development. Mr. Bartlett worked for a number of Massachusetts environmental agencies and offices with duties ranging from enforcement and compliance to policy development with extensive experience in water resource protection and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Bartlett was selected as a 2006 recipient of the "40 Under Forty" Award by the Worcester Business Journal. Mr. Bartlett was awarded the 2007 NAIOP Public Service Award for MassHighway Access Regulations. He was named to Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Environmental Law for 2008. |
