Ms. Keane Martin concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, disability benefits planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, as well as other matters in the Probate and Family Courts such as guardianships and conservatorships. Prior to joining Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, she was a senior associate at Seegel, Lipshutz and Wilchins LLP in Wellesley, MA and an associate at the elder law firm of Cohen & Oalican, LLP in Boston, MA.
In addition to her current areas of concentration, Ms. Keane Martin has extensive past experience in counseling clients as to real estate and business law matters.
Ms. Keane Martin is a frequent lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and was an instructor in business law at Northeastern University. She is an active member of her community in Mansfield where she is an active member of the Mansfield Women of Today (a community service organization) and the coach of several town basketball teams. |
