Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the formation, management and regulation of charitable and exempt organizations, particularly cultural, social service and religious entities. He has extensive experience with issues involving charitable and exempt organization fund management, tax exempt status and operational issues.
Mr. Miller also counsels clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration and planned giving. He also frequently serves as executor and trustee of estates and trusts respectively.
Mr. Miller also serves as Director of Community Involvement for the firm. In this capacity he assists younger lawyers in selecting local not for profit organizations to work with on area projects and for possible Board service. |
