Mr. Radigan concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil litigation.
Mr. Radigan is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mr. Radigan has been recognized as a "Massachusetts Rising Star" by Boston magazine and Law & Politics in 2009 and 2010. |

| Prior to joining Bowditch & Dewey, Mr. Radigan was a trial attorney at a Worcester firm where he defended and counseled individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Radigan also previously worked at a Boston firm where he represented the interests of professionals in malpractice actions and provided counsel regarding insurance coverage issues. |
