Ariel Grayson Sullivan
Associate

Ms. Sullivan joined Bowditch & Dewey in September 2008 as an Associate. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of labor and employment law, including representation of businesses, municipalities and institutions of higher education in proceedings before state and federal courts, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Joint Labor Management Committee. Ms. Sullivan advises clients on a wide variety of day-to-day personnel matters, including hiring, termination, internal investigations, employment contracts and policies, wage and hour practices, non-competition agreements and employee discipline. Ms. Sullivan also assists clients with employment-based immigration matters, including work authorization and use of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ E-Verify Program, temporary working visas and non-immigrant visa applications.

Prior to joining Bowditch & Dewey, Ms. Sullivan was a trial attorney at a Washington, DC based law firm, where she represented professionals, corporations, and institutions of higher education in medical malpractice, products liability and employment discrimination matters before the state and federal courts.
