Mr. Viens concentrates his practice in all aspects of business and general civil litigation.
Mr. Viens is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Viens was a trial attorney with a large Boston firm where his practice focused on general tort liability and insurance defense litigation. Following law school, Mr. Viens served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.
While at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Viens was a Staff Member, and subsequently, the Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. During law school, Mr. Viens served as a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney for the Suffolk University Law School’s Disability Advocacy Clinic, was the winner of the Second Year Mock Trial Competition and was also the recipient of numerous academic awards and scholarships. Upon graduation from Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Viens was the recipient of the Leo J. Wyman Memorial Fund Award.
