MCLE New England Publishes “The Massachusetts Independent Contractor Law: Sorting Out the Three-Prong Test”

In the 2016 edition of its “Massachusetts Wage and Hours Handbook,” MCLE New England published a chapter co-authored by Jared Fiore covering the three-part test used in Massachusetts state law to distinguish independent contractors from employees. “The Massachusetts Independent Contractor Law: Sorting Out the Three-Prong Test” investigates changes to state law since 2004, advisory from the Office of the Attorney General and associated case law.
