Bloomberg Law quotes Jon Barooshian in “Ex-Eaton Vance Manager to Plead Guilty to Securities Fraud”
Yesterday, Bloomberg Law quoted Jon Barooshian in an article about a former portfolio manager and equity options trader who pleaded guilty to securities fraud. He illegally matched trades between the fund and at least two personal brokerage accounts. The trader’s company was able to identify the fraud on its own.
