Former partner Lauren Stiller Rikleen receives ABA’s Women Lawyers of Achievement Award

Pamela Berman and Donna Truex, partners in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate practice areas, respectively, attended the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in New York City on August 13 where Lauren Stiller Rikleen, former partner at Bowditch and Dewey, received the 2017 Margaret Brent Women Lawyers of Achievement Award, which recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of women lawyers who have excelled in their field and have paved the way to success for other women lawyers.

A gender equality champion, Lauren Stiller Rikleen is president of Rikleen Institute for Strategic Leadership and the author of three books: Ending the Gauntlet: Removing Barriers to Women’s Success in the Law; You Raised Us, Now Work With Us: Millennials, Career Success, and Building Strong Workplace Teams; and Ladder Down: Success Strategies For Lawyers From Women Who Will Be Hiring, Reviewing and Promoting You.
