Bowditch to Sponsor Worcester Community Action Council’s 13th Annual Action Hero Awards
The Worcester Community Action Council (WCAC) will hold its 13th Annual Action Hero Awards at 7:30 a.m. on May 16 at Worcester’s Mechanics Hall. Sponsored by Bowditch, the awards program honors those who exemplify and support the agency’s fight against poverty.
The keynote speaker will be retiring WCAC Executive Director Jill Dagilis, who will also be recognized. Action Hero honorees include:
- MAPFRE Insurance
- Lamoureux Pagano Architects
- Madigan Construction
- WCAC Bank On Worcester County partners Bay State Savings Bank, Berkshire Bank, Cornerstone Bank, DCU, Fidelity Bank and UniBank
