Joshua Lee Smith Quoted in Worcester Telegram and Worcester Business Journal on Planning Board Special Permit

The Worcester Planning Board recently gave Mission MA a special permit to operate an adult-use marijuana retail store on Lincoln Street, marking the seventh such permit issued of the 15 to be provided.

Says Joshua Lee Smith in a recent Worcester Telegram article:

Mr. Smith said the building is in an area that is zoned for limited manufacturing. He said the properties there are mostly industrial uses, though he added there is also some retail and warehouse properties.

He also pointed out that there are some homes in that area.

“The proposed use is entirely compatible with the industrial and commercial uses that exist there,” Mr. Smith said.

He added that parking is not an issue.
