Josh Lewin to Serve on MBA’s Litigating Business Torts Panel October 23

Bowditch partner Josh Lewin will serve on a panel at the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Complex Commercial Litigation Section’s “Litigating Business Torts” program, held October 23.

This panel of practitioners and experts will focus on practical strategies and special considerations when litigating these business torts, including when and why to bring these claims, pleading them, defeating them, collecting evidence and proving damages.
