Mark Powers Spoke at MCLE New England’s “23rd Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference 2021” (Webinar)

On December 9, 2021, Mark Powers presented “Novel Litigation Issues in the Aftermath of COVID-19” at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE) New England’s “23rd Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference 2021.”  This event featured a Judicial Panel of six bankruptcy judges from the Districts of Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont, as well as leading practitioners discussing the latest trends affecting both consumer and business bankruptcy practitioners. New England’s bankruptcy judges shared insights on a number of recent developments in bankruptcy law and practice around the country.
