Gen Benton is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice. She has more than 20 years of service in the legal field.
Gen assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multifamily acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She supports all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents and due diligence review. She also assists with the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, as well as organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Gen also has experience in the area of business entity formation. She has an admirable work ethic and brings a great personality to her position here.
Gen lives with her husband, twin daughters and their spoiled dog Riley. When she is not in the office, Gen can be found on either the soccer field watching her girls play or skiing in the mountains of New Hampshire.
