Katie Hall is a paralegal in our Business and Finance practice area with a depth of experience focusing on all phases of the entity life cycle – entity formation, compliance, business financing, mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sales, ownership transfers, entity amendments and dissolutions. Through her many years of practice in the business community, Katie has built strong relationships with the firm’s clients, the Commonwealth’s Corporations Division and with other service providers and local practitioners.
Katie worked as a paralegal at Bowditch & Dewey throughout the 1990s, and since rejoining the firm in 2014 has worked on several large transactions, including the business sales of two large local manufacturers with global affiliates and assistance with the acquisition by a regional retail company of more than 40 new locations in the New England region.
Katie describes herself as a wife, mother, sister, friend and most recently, a grandmother! She enjoys spending time with her family, and the family dogs, exercising and outdoor activities, and is a wine enthusiast, having taken Wine & Spirit Education Trust courses at Johnson & Wales University where she received a WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.
