Kyle Munns is an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration practice area. He works closely with clients to create customized estate plans tailored to their individual goals and circumstances. Through counseling individuals and families, Kyle’s goal is to help clients build, protect and transfer their wealth in a way that provides for themselves and the next generation as efficiently as possible.
Before Bowditch
Before working at Bowditch, Kyle worked in trusts and estates at multiple law firms around Boston, where he worked with clients on their estate planning processes from start to finish. Kyle has also worked as a litigator in a Rhode Island firm where he successfully argued in all Rhode Island District Courts and Providence Superior Court.
During law school, Kyle was a Senior Article Editor for the Journal of Legislation. Kyle interned in Boston with the Suffolk County Senior Trial Unit, and with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office in the Organized Crime and Narcotics Unit. He also worked as a consultant, researching legal topics and providing legal blogs for law firms all over the country.
Besides Work
Kyle enjoys doing anything involving the outdoors, cheering on Notre Dame football, and the daily New York Times Crossword.
