Paul Bauer, Practice Area Leader, Real Estate, Business and Finance, has been named to the board of A Better City, an organization that represents a multi-sector group of nearly 130 business leaders united around the common goal of enhancing the Greater Boston region\u2019s economic health, competitiveness, equitable growth, sustainability, and quality of life for all communities.<\/p>\n
At Bowditch, Paul represents businesses, individuals and institutions in sophisticated transactions with an emphasis on large real estate projects and challenging commercial law issues. He regularly advises developers, mortgage lenders, tenants and property owners across various industry sectors in complex development, acquisition, financing, business planning and leasing transactions \u2013 both public and private \u2013 including the biggest lease in the history of Boston at the time.<\/p>\n
In his role as board member with A Better City, Paul will help the organization fulfill its mission to develop solutions and influence policy in three critical areas in Boston: transportation and infrastructure, land use and development, and energy and the environment.<\/p>\n
