The Commission\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/masscannabiscontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Meeting-Book-July-13-2023-Monthly-Public-Meeting-Packet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">draft regulations related to HCAs (935 CMR 500.179-181) were included in the July 13, 2023, public meeting packet<\/a> and begin at page 135 of the packet.
