Bob Young was quoted by the Worcester Business Journal in “Weed & the Workplace,” which highlights the dilemma between state and federal laws regarding cannabis use in Massachusetts. While cannabis has been legalized in Massachusetts since December 2016, it is still illegal on the federal level, creating complicated situations for many employers. “The largest piece of this conversation is the cultural shift away from the Reefer Madness hysteria of decades past,” says Bob.
