The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/poster\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EEOC\u2019s website<\/a> lists several versions of the poster, including versions in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-10\/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights_10_20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">English<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-10\/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRightsSp_10_20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spanish<\/a>. Employers must post the new poster in conspicuous locations where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted.<\/p>\n<p>The new \u201cKnow Your Rights\u201d poster includes the following changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Streamlines language and formatting;<\/li>\n<li>Notes that harassment is a form of discrimination;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies that discrimination is prohibited based on pregnancy status or related conditions, sexual orientation, or gender identity;<\/li>\n<li>Adds a QR code for digital access to instructions on how to file a charge with the EEOC;<\/li>\n<li>Provides information about equal pay discrimination for federal contractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The EEOC encourages employers to post the notice on their company website in addition to a physical location. For employers lacking a physical location or whose employees work solely on a remote basis, the website posting may be the only posting.
