Brewers Need a COVID Assist? Try This Dandy Checklist

Like almost every business, breweries have had to make many changes in order to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.  Now there is a reference guide put out by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to help the food and beverage industry keep their operations safe.  It pulls together guidance and rules from various agencies and authorities, all in one place.

It is not a short list! Compliance with the guidance promulgated by various governmental agencies and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is not simple.  The list is 16 pages long, and thorough.  Take a look to see how your brewery stacks up!
