received approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a special permit amendment with three conditions.\u00a0 As a result, this permit allows Tree House Brewing to have a restaurant and concert venue on site.\u00a0 However, there were concerns about the noise that would result from the proposed outdoor concerts.\u00a0 As part of the permits\u2019 conditions, Tree House Brewing has plans in place to make sure their live entertainment isn\u2019t disruptive to neighbors.\u00a0\u00a0<em>The Recorder<\/em>\u00a0spoke with Mark Borenstein, who is representing Tree House Brewing, about these noise concerns.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTree House is proposing live entertainment and ticketed concerts \u2026 alternative bands, indie bands, we\u2019re not talking heavy metal bands,\u201d Borenstein
