As Massachusetts\u2019 craft brewery market slows, mergers have helped some breweries remain viable. However, others are closing their doors, leaving behind vacant real estate. Paul Bauer spoke with Bisnow<\/em> about the complexities of finding replacement tenants for former breweries and the challenges of selling real estate that is left behind.<\/p>\n

Paul says that while he suspects there aren’t going to be a large number of retail brewery closings, there aren’t many retail tenants that can fit these unique spaces so there could be more consolidation of brewing components.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
