NH Bill Allows for Sale of Beer With Minors on Label"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"BlockText\">New Hampshire law previously barred alcohol advertisements that depict minors.\u00a0 However, Representative Keith Murphy, a Manchester bar owner\/legislator (who, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2015\/jun\/25\/bill-allowing-baby-pictures-on-beer-bottles-goes-t\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this Washington Times article<\/a>, wants to be able to serve Founders Breakfast Stout), proposed a bill that repealed the outright ban replaced it with a standard that would allow beer labels that depict minors unless the state\u2019s Liquor Commission determines that the label would be \u201creasonably likely to induce minors to drink.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"BlockText\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"BlockText\">While the Legislature originally passed it, Governor Maggie Hassan vetoed the bill, noting the perils of underage drinking and expressing concern that the bill would undercut the state\u2019s effort to combat underage drinking.\u00a0 However, both the House of Representatives and Senate voted to override the veto, and the bill has become law in New Hampshire.\u00a0 The patrons of Rep.
