Andrew Manning is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Practice. His experience includes closing over 500 real estate transactions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and drafting hundreds of purchase and sale agreements. He works closely with clients, lenders, and realtors in preparation for closing, paying close attention to detail while being flexible to meet each client’s needs.
Before Bowditch
In a prior position as a civil litigator, Andrew appeared weekly in court on behalf of individuals and corporations.
Besides work
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys swimming and boating in his hometown of Narragansett, RI, and he is a fan of the Boston Celtics.
