Tim Monahan to Present ACTION Innovation Network Webinar on Doing Business in the U.S.

Tim Monahan will present a webinar on “Doing Business in the U.S.: An Overview of Corporations and Limited Liability Companies” for the ACTION Innovation Network at 9 a.m. on December 3.

The webinar will focus on how companies can structure or form their businesses, as different business entities, such as sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability corporations (LLCs), corporations and joint ventures, can have different effects on income taxes, business continuity and legal liability exposure. Tim will also discuss the documents that need to be filed, corporate governance matters, and nondisclosure and noncompete agreements.
