Bob Young to Present “HR Support + Compliance” at the Mass Brewers Guild Technical Brewing & Business Conference
The Mass Brewers Guild (MBG) Technical Brewing & Business Conference will be held on November 6 in Framingham, MA. The focus of the day-long event, which will feature workshops and lectures, is to learn best practices from industry experts and create meaningful connections with peers within the craft beer industry.
At the conference, Bob Young will present on the panel “HR Support + Compliance,” which will cover topics including the 80/20 rule, the FMLA, and how HRIS systems can help breweries keep track of employee trainings, certifications, PTO and more. Bob will be joined by Paul Carelis, VP of client services at MP HR, and Katie Iovino, operations director at Night Shift Brewing Co.
