As a firm committed to diversity and the inclusion of members of all communities, we were deeply saddened to learn of this weekend’s tragedy in Orlando, Florida. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of this senseless act of violence and their friends and families.

Saturday night’s shooting sent waves throughout not only Florida, but the entire country. In Massachusetts, the City of Boston committed to hosting a vigil for victims on Monday and Mayor Marty Walsh dedicated a large LGBTQ pride flag at Boston City Hall as a tribute to all those affected by the tragedy.

In the face of attempts using violence and terror to slow the progress that the LGBTQ community and its supporters have made during the past few years, our response to this weekend’s tragedy is to continue to be advocates, bringing you up-to-date news and legal analysis covering topics affecting members of the LGBTQ community across the country.
