Worcester Medicine Publishes “False Claims Act Liability – It’s a Material World”

The Worcester District Medical Society published “False Claims Act Liability – It’s a Material World” by Peter Martin in the July/August 2016 edition of its bimonthly publication, Worcester Medicine, revisiting his previous article on the Escobar case, and describing the Supreme Court’s decision providing health care providers more tools with which to contest a False Claims Act charge based on a failure to disclose regulatory noncompliance.
