CFO.com quotes Bob Young in “Is Court Ruling on Overtime Regs the Last Word?”

CFO.com quoted Bob Young in an article published today discussing a U.S. District Court order preventing the Department of Labor’s updated salary threshold for overtime pay eligibility from going into effect on December 1. Although the decision may be overturned on appeal, there remains uncertainty surrounding the new Presidential administration’s handling of overtime pay regulations.
