Under U.S. bankruptcy law, 363 sales allow a debtor to sell assets outside the ordinary course of business, typically clear of liens, claims, and encumbrances.
This conference is an annual opportunity for bankruptcy professionals and Federal Bankruptcy Court Judges to meet and share insights, observations, and analysis on key issues for 2026 and beyond.
