Experience
Jason O’Dwyer is a skilled litigator handling construction, real estate, commercial, employment, and general business disputes. Jason’s work includes early liability assessment, risk counseling, intensive pre-suit investigation, and complex litigation management.
BEFORE BOWDITCH
During law school, Jason refined his litigation skills working as a law clerk for MetroWest Massachusetts law firm. Jason also represented low-income clients through the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau.
Before starting his legal career, Jason gained key business experience working for a real estate investment and home improvement contracting firm and as a Financial Secretary for the Knights of Columbus.
