Joshua Klebanoff is a litigator handling all manner of complex business disputes. He has extensive experience representing clients in construction matters, shareholder freeze-outs, derivative claims, trade secret and intellectual property disputes.
Josh takes a pragmatic and client-focused approach, providing in-depth, clear guidance to avoid disputes before they arise and aggressively pursuing the best outcomes should conflict prove unavoidable. He is well-versed in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation demands and negotiations up to and through trial. Josh strives to provide clients with regular and consistent updates so that they can make the best and most well-informed business decisions.
Josh has appeared at all levels of the Massachusetts court system as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and all manner of state and municipal boards.

Josh spent 12 years at a mid-sized firm in Boston balancing his practice between complex commercial litigation and handling commercial real estate transactions.
BESIDES WORK
When he’s not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. They enjoy the outdoors – camping, fishing and hiking, as well as watching Boston sports and following their favorite teams.
