John Nagle is an experienced litigator and counselor who has represented businesses and individuals in the efficient resolution of all manner of disputes. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in general business litigation and has worked with clients ranging from homeowners to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He handles all aspects of litigation, including negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, discovery, depositions, trial, and appeal.
John has helped clients with numerous complex issues and has significant experience with breach of contract claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets, class action defense, construction disputes, antitrust, and consumer protection. He has worked extensively on government investigations and compliance with federal statutes and regulations in highly regulated industries, including health care and life sciences.
Before Bowditch
John practiced at larger law firms in Boston where he represented multinational companies in complex class action litigation and defense of government enforcement actions. He has served as first chair at trial in federal court and had significant trial experience in state court as well as interactions with the U.S. Department of Justice and multiple State Attorney General offices.

- Defense of multinational pharmaceutical company in nationwide multidistrict antitrust class action brought by various purchasers alleging an industry-wide cartel involving price-fixing and customer allocation agreements and conspiracies, and in related direct action litigation.
