Donna Truex and Christine Griffin lead breakout session at 7th Annual Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference
On April 14, Donna Truex, along with Bowditch Real Estate Paralegal Christine Griffin held a breakout session at the 7th Annual Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference at the DCU Center. Their session, entitled “How to be a Success without being a B**tch: Can it be done?” featured an honest dialogue about what it means for a woman to be successful in traditionally male-dominated fields and provided attendees with tools to use in their careers. Donna and Christine focused on how using one’s own emotional intelligence, various communication styles, and one’s own work style can help create awareness of one’s personal style to create opportunity.
