Joshua Lee Smith has been named to the Board of the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC). An innovative and leading force in the economic development of the City of Worcester and the region, WBDC provides advice and guidance on a wide range of economic development and construction services to improve and accelerate growth in Worcester County.

A land use and real estate lawyer, Josh focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate matters involving permitting, acquisitions, leasing, environmental compliance and financing. He has successfully permitted a wide variety of projects involving high-density multifamily, public utility infrastructure, higher education, cannabis, renewable energy, large-scale industrial and life science developments.
