Overview

Collin Murdock is a skilled litigator specializing in complex business disputes, including construction matters, malpractice claims, and commercial litigation. He manages cases from inception through trial, focusing on strategic, results-driven advocacy. His expertise encompasses early risk assessment, pre-suit investigations, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

BEFORE BOWDITCH

While earning his undergraduate degree, Collin interned for Congressman Bobby Rush. He has also served as an AmeriCorps member with City Year in a Washington, D.C. middle school and worked as a child psychologist in Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., and New York City, specializing in adolescents and recent high school graduates while contributing to education policy.

During law school, Collin participated in the Stein Scholars Program at Fordham University Law School, interned for The Honorable Richard M. Berman in the United States District Court for the Southern District, and attended the Center for Public Research and Leadership at Columbia University.
