Overview
Jacqueline Doherty is an experienced trial attorney, specializing in the litigation of contract and tort in state and federal courts. Jacqueline has tried and won several civil jury trials, serving as both lead counsel and co-counsel, and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
BEFORE BOWDITCH
Jacqueline was a partner with a boutique civil litigation law firm in greater Boston where her work focused on the litigation of medical malpractice, construction, personal injury, federal multidistrict products liability, and consumer protection matters. Jacqueline also secured one of the largest jury awards of its kind in Massachusetts.
