Karli Grant is a litigation associate with experience representing clients across a broad range of complex civil matters. Her practice includes wrongful death, negligent security, medical malpractice, construction disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims under Chapters 93A and 176D, product and premises liability, and contract-related disputes.
Karli manages cases from early investigation through resolution, whether by dispositive motion, negotiated settlement or trial. She has substantial experience handling all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and working with expert witnesses. She regularly prepares and argues motions and is well-versed in navigating complex evidentiary and procedural issues.
Before Bowditch
Before joining Bowditch, Karli worked as a litigator in Worcester for over four years handling a variety of insurance litigation defense matters. While in law school, she interned at Greater Boston Legal Services, the Attorney General’s Office of Massachusetts and the District Attorney’s Office of Carteret County. Karli also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William G. Young in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
