Katherine Pham represents buyers, sellers and lenders in commercial real estate transactions. She drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, reviews due diligence materials, including survey, title and building/zoning reports. Kate also handles lease reviews, amendments and subleases, as well as complex easement agreements. She has handled numerous real estate closings from start to finish, and is adept in resolving the various title issues that can arise during a real estate transaction.
Kate’s real estate work often involves clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceutical, utilities, healthcare, retail and universities.
Before Bowditch
Kate started her legal career as a real estate paralegal during law school.
Besides Work
Outside of the office, Kate hits the gym five to six days a week taking spin classes, practicing yoga and doing boot camp workouts. She also enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and reading. A member of an online book club, Kate tries to keep up with what the group is reading each month.
