Danielle Jurema Lederman Joins Board of Spectrum Health Systems
Danielle Jurema Lederman has been named to the Board of Trustees of Spectrum Health Systems. Founded in 1969, Spectrum is a recognized leader in substance use disorder treatment, helping thousands of individuals overcome addiction. As a board member, Danielle will support the organization’s mission to provide high-quality treatment and recovery services for those affected by substance use and/or mental health disorders.
A partner in the firm’s Employment & Labor practice area, Danielle counsels employers in a wide array of employment and labor matters including hiring, employee classification, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, reasonable accommodations, leave laws, and pay transparency, helping clients navigate the nuances of employment and labor law. An experienced trial attorney, she represents employers in all stages of mediation, arbitration, and litigation at the administrative, state, and federal levels and has successfully litigated multiple employment matters through to summary judgment and trial. Danielle also defends clients in investigations brought by state and federal agencies such as the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Labor and the Department of Unemployment Assistance.
