Bowditch operates seamlessly across its Massachusetts offices, with a streamlined, one-firm structure and philosophy. The entire organization is managed as one firm instead of having separate P&Ls for practice areas or offices. On any given day, it’s typical for our lawyers to start their day in one office and end up in another, going wherever clients or colleagues need them to be. Additionally, we offer a hybrid work environment where attorneys and business leadership are in the office three days per week, plus the additional benefit of working remotely for two full weeks per year.

Efficient Law Firm Management Structure

The firm’s equity partners handle long-term strategic planning for the partnership, but they delegate general management, policy making and day-to-day operational oversight to our Managing Partner. We’ve eliminated red tape for faster decision making. The firm’s Executive Director and her team focus on achieving strategic goals and strengthening Bowditch. This management structure allows lawyers to focus more time and energy on serving clients and developing business.

New Worcester Headquarters

In 2025, we celebrated the opening of our new Worcester headquarters, located in the iconic Glass Tower at 446 Main Street. Nearly 250 guests joined us at our Clients & Friends Appreciation Event to commemorate this momentous occasion. The move marks a significant milestone for the firm. Our new office reflects who we are today – modern, collaborative and energized for the future. While we’ve embraced a fresh space, our roots remain firmly embedded in downtown Worcester, where we’ve been an integral part of the community for more than 110 years. As the city continues to evolve, so does Bowditch – innovating, growing, and helping shape the region’s future. Expanding Boston Office

In 2025, we expanded our Boston presence and celebrated with more than 200 guests. The transition to new office space has been highly anticipated, with many attorneys noting how the redesigned office layout supports closer collaboration and a more integrated working environment. Others spoke about the exciting growth of the Boston office across practice areas and experience levels, highlighting the team’s momentum and enthusiasm. As one attorney put it, “I love the energy.”
