The Real Reporter published an article by Paul Bauer on June 23 discussing considerations for landlords, licensors and tenants seeking involvement in coworking, a rapidly-growing office layout model. Coworking places members of various companies together in a shared space, which can promote collaboration and innovation, but presents new problems for confidentiality and intellectual property.
