Maria Remillard to speak at Mass. Bar Association’s Sixth Annual Probate Law Conference

Maria Remillard will speak on a panel at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Sixth Annual Probate Law Conference with respect to the use of motions to strike and motions for summary judgment in will contest cases.

This sold out conference is the largest gathering of probate practitioners in the Commonwealth. The conference offers 20 courses, each providing timely updates about probate practices, procedures and forms, new regulations, and important court decisions. Featured topics will include:
